1996 pajero 2800 turbo v40 engine need torque settings on head bolts

REMOVE RAD CAP AND RUN ENGINE AT 3000RPM WITH ALL HEATERS ON SOUNDS LIKE AIR LOCK, ALSO CHECK IF HOSES ARE HOT

The torque is 90 foot lbs, and they want you to use new bolts, the old ones are stretched and CAN NOT be reused, tighten 20 lbs at a time in proper sequence as outlined in service manual.

Have a look at the thermostat.
If it's blocked shut, there won't be the circulation through the rad.
You may need to invest in some 'radweld' type treatment too.
Good luck with that.
Don't forget to rate, thanks ;)

i think you are reffering to a 4D56 engine. just type 4D56 workshop manual .pdf download on your browser and you fill find several free downloads. everything you need to overhaul the engine is there
